Nkyea Learning Systems ("us", "we", or "our") develops and sells the Nkyea African language learning phrase book mobile applications (the "App") on the Apple App Store.
This document informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
We use your data during your use of certain aspects of the App to help you with learning the Twi language. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Nkyea African language learning apps do use some of your data to enhance your use of the Apps but does not externally store any type of that data or your personal information from the use of the Apps.
While using our Apps, we may ask you, with your consent, to provide the Apps access to record your voice for comparison with the audio in the Apps. This helps you with learning to speak the language like the native speakers. The Apps do not permanently store your audio recordings on your device or externally on any servers.
You may unlock all the categories and features by purchasing a subscription. Our Apps offers a monthly subscription which auto-renews unless you turn off auto-renew in your iTunes Account Settings.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Apps, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
